This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which DracoCam ("we", "us", or "our") offers refunds for our subscription services. By subscribing to DracoCam, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

New customers who are subscribing to DracoCam for the first time are eligible for a full refund if they request it within 7 days of their initial subscription date.

2.2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • You are a first-time DracoCam subscriber (no previous paid subscriptions)
  • You request the refund within 7 days of your initial payment
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
  • You have not previously received a refund from DracoCam

2.3 What's Covered

The 7-day guarantee covers:

  • Your first month's subscription fee
  • Any additional camera fees charged in the first billing cycle

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions after the initial 7-day period
  • Renewal payments (second month and beyond)
  • Accounts that have previously received a refund
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month refunds for cancellations
Note: When you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Request Process

To request a refund within your 7-day guarantee period:

  2. Include your account email and subscription date
  3. Briefly explain why DracoCam didn't meet your needs (optional but helps us improve)
  4. Our team will process your request within 24-48 hours

4.2 Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately through our payment processor, Stripe. The refund will appear on your statement within:

  • 5-10 business days for most credit/debit cards
  • Up to 1 billing cycle for some international cards

5. After the 7-Day Guarantee

After the initial 7-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied with DracoCam:

5.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will occur
  • Your data is preserved for 30 days
  • You can resubscribe at any time

5.2 Technical Issues

  • In cases of extended service outages caused by us, we may offer service credits

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice or charged incorrectly, we will immediately refund the duplicate/incorrect charge upon verification.

6.2 Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of our services.

6.3 Plan Changes

When you change plans:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle (non-refundable)
  • Downgrades: Scheduled for your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan benefits until renewal, then your subscription automatically switches to the lower-priced plan. No credits or refunds are provided for downgrades
Important: Plan changes (both upgrades and downgrades) are non-refundable. Downgrades do not provide prorated credits—you simply pay the lower amount starting at your next billing date.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you're entitled to a refund and your request has been denied:

  2. Provide any relevant documentation or circumstances
  3. Allow 48-72 hours for review by our management team
